DID Mobility Numbers How it works:

What is the cost for the called party: 

The cost for the called party (you or any other phone you can link to) is 70 to 80% lower than an International call, you will be bill per second at the following rates http://www.mobilitypass.com/index.php?route=information/internetaccess then select the country where you will be located at the time you receive the incoming call, the rates are show under the category " Internet Telephony Rates "  ie: if you are in the USA it will cost you 0.03 Euros / 0.04 USD per minutes to root the call from your Mobility Number never mind the country where is located, the rates rely on the country you are located and not in the country of your Mobility Number.
